Boca Raton based Plastic Surgeon
Introduces Revolutionary New Adjustable
Breast Implant to Europe and Asia
BOCA RATON, FL -- Dr. Hilton Becker M.D., F.A.C.S., F.R.C.S. of Boca Raton, Florida has been working on creating breast implants for the last 20 years. He has created his most effect implant yet - the Spectra Adjustable Gel Implant; it’s 90 percent silicone and can adjust both shape and size after it has been implanted.
“The biggest problem with patients is that they are disappointed with the shape and size of the BREAST AFTER SURGERY” said Dr. Becker. With this NEW implant you can, for the first time, “change volume and projection” postoperatively for several months, using a silicone gel implant.
Since the implant is not FDA approved in the United States but is approved in Europe and Asia, it will be introduced there first through seminars and training.
The tour begins in D?sseldorf, Germany, where Dr. Becker and his wife, Janet Cohen R.N.F.A., will be performing bilateral reconstruction surgery on two women who have had mastectomies, in front of a live audience of plastic surgeons, at the 7TH DUSSELDORF BREAST CANCER CONFERENCE.
Then, they go to Aarhus, Denmark to the Scandinavian Association of Plastic Surgeons lecture, where Dr. Becker will do a seminar on breast reconstruction and correction of congenital anomalies of the breast. Janet Cohen will do a post-op care seminar for nurses.
Finally, they stop in Bangkok, where DR. BECKER WILL LECTURE AT THE BANGKOK PARAGON. “Asia is perfect for this procedure,” said Dr. Becker, “Asian women often have smaller breasts. This procedure allows us to stretch the skin,” a process that, in addition to the cosmetic applications, is essential for reconstruction.
After a mastectomy, he explained, the skin is taut and circulation poor, this implant allows surgeons to place the implant in, stretching the skin gradually postoperatively. The implant is also useful in treating sagging breasts where instead of having a two-stage procedure, this NEW implant ALLOWS THE PROCEDURE TO BE PERFORMED IN ONE PROCEDURE WITH LESS RISK OF COMPLICATIONS. Fluid is added through a port when healing has taken place and is removed six months to a year later, when desired size and shape is achieved.
Dr. Becker and his wife operate in their own full-service plastic surgery clinic, located at 670 Glades Road in Boca Raton. For more information, call 561.394.6656

Aarhus is the second largest city in Denmark with a population of approximately 300,000. The culture is lively and young, mainly due to the city’s large student population (approx. 20,000).
Aarhus is an old city, but still young at heart! The city was founded by the Vikings as an open trading post at the mouth of the river. Aarhus is an educational and cultural centre, and its very soul is a charming blend, combining the atmospheres of a provincial town and an active city, which will make you feel welcome and at home. Scattered around the city you will find many restaurants, bars and cafes, many of which are located on the river bank and will accommodate all kinds of budgets.
Aarhus is really a remarkable place and offers many attractions – such as the open-air museum “The Old Town”, Marselisborg Castle, which is H.M. Queen Margrethe II’s summer residence, and Moesgaard Museum. Discover its delights for yourself. Most attractions are within walking distance, and the city of Aarhus is the place where every wish can be fulfilled in fascinating and inspiring surroundings.
Ideally situated at the Bay of Aarhus, surrounded by beaches, forests and lush scenery, yet bustling with life, Aarhus offers an inspiring setting for the Congress.
