These carefully crafted yoga sequences are set to impeccably curated playlists and are taught in a heated room between 96° - 99° F by our expert teachers that are skilled in the art of adjustments and inspirational narrative.

Hot Fusion Flow™ is our signature yoga class with minimal instruction, maximum high vibes, powerful playlists in a heated room between 96° - 99° F.
Core45™
Core45's high-intensity, low impact, mat-based workout is infused with Pilates and yoga moves enjoyed in a heated room (90° - 95° F). This class is designed to tone muscles, build strength and burn fat.
Yin Fusion Flow
The Yim Fusion Flow yoga class balances movement and flow with a deep stretches. Starting with slow fusion flow it's designed to warm the body gently while targeting connective tissue with Yin poses. Poses are mostly seated and supine and are held for longer durations to accommodate each practitioners own “depth.” This particular class is perfect when you feel your body needs a day of rest or if you need an opportunity to slow down, breathe deep, and relax from the days stress. For ALL levels. (90° - 95° F)
Prenatal**
Prenatal yoga differs from our Hot Fusion Flow™ in that classes are held in a non-heated room (76°-78° F), move at a gentler pace, and incorporate modifications to accommodate you and your growing baby.
Kids’ Yoga**
Ages 4-10. This class focuses on both individual and group encouragement with movement, breathing, meditation, social skills, and relaxation techniques in a kid-approved environment. Non-heated room (76°-78° F).
