One of our friendly staff will take your call to get you signed up and scheduled for you first visit. They will show you how to access the Yoga Class Schedule on the app and online. We are super savy with technology so you can check-in for your class each day after you are registered with our staff on the phone and signed our waiver online or at our front desk. Now, you can sign up for yoga classes that you would like to take through our website, checking in at the front desk or on our ipads located outside each yoga studio room. In addition to our hot yoga classes in Deerfield Beach we also offer yoga training and yoga workshops if you too would like to teach yoga to students.

At our studio we integrate all eight branches or 'limbs' of yoga. Yoga training is not just physical but the practice combines the physical and mental that gives you added benefits that are felt after your first few days of yoga training. Your yoga practice needs dedication and consistency in order for you to settle your mind into silence. And, yes get ready to sweat in a good healthy way. You will increase your strength and flexibility and you are on your way to enjoying a better nights' sleep immediately after starting yoga. We recommend a yoga routine practice of a minimum of 4 to 6 days per week compliments your other workouts.

Yoga Tips for Beginners to Get Ready for your First Class?


New students please be sure to arrive about 30 minutes before class start time so we can get your introduced properly. We do not allow our new students to enter class late. We will ensure you have success on your first days with us! You can check-in with the desk staff and then they will introduce you to your yoga class instructor. They will ensure you have everything you need to get started on your first yoga class. All first time visitors receive complimentary mats and yogi toe towels. We do offer our Premium Members these FREE with each visit. Once you have become a new member you can check-in yourself at our self check-in Ipads that are outside of our studios.


Be sure to drink plenty water daily; especially before, during and after class. Please bring a water bottle with you to each class.


Light snacks should be consumed no less than 30 minutes before your yoga class.


Be sure to dress comfortably. A tee or tank tops and form-fitting pants or shorts for the bottom. We do not allow shoes in our studios so please use our lockers or shelves to store them prior to entering.


Please be sure you have signed our student waiver before you start your first yoga class. You can also sign the waiver prior to your visit by doing it online. Young adults 16 and under will require a parent / guardian to sign your waiver form for you.


Please bring these checklist items with you to each yoga class. You can always upgrade your membership to a Unlimited Member and then you are supplied with a mat and yogitoe for each class.


We have yoga classes for all individual skill levels; beginning, intermediate and advanced. You go at your own pace and comfort zone so no need to envy other advanced yogis in the studio. Be sure not to overextend yourself doing a pose. Our yoga instructors are well trained and will help you with adjustments when you need them. For added training we offer additional Yoga Lab Classes that are geared more for individual training to help you with form and postures.


Our studios are equipped with lockers so you can store your belongings during class. The instructions are insides of each locker so you can set your own code for the day.
