BocaRaton.com maintains the Site as a service to its visitors and has served Boca Raton, Florida and the surrounding South Florida region since 1995. The Site provides editorial content, local business listings, event calendars, hotel and travel guides, real estate information, restaurant and dining guides, and paid advertising opportunities — all subject to the following Terms of Use.

When you use the Site, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you may not use the Site. BocaRaton.com reserves the right to modify the content on the Site and these Terms of Use periodically without prior notice.

If you use the Site on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may view, download, and print contents from the Site subject to the following conditions:

• Any transaction, agreement, booking, purchase, or relationship you enter into with an advertiser is strictly between you and that advertiser. BocaRaton.com is not a party to any such transaction and assumes no responsibility whatsoever for its outcome.
• BocaRaton.com shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, property damage, financial harm, or claim of any kind arising from your reliance on, or interaction with, any advertiser or advertised product, service, or offer appearing on this Site.
• Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring that their advertisements comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws — including the Federal Trade Commission Act, Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA, Fla. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the Site shall be instituted exclusively in a state or federal court in Palm Beach County, Florida. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in Palm Beach County.

Class Action Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all claims must be brought on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in any class, collective, or representative action against BocaRaton.com.

If there is a determination that any provision of these Terms of Use is invalid or unenforceable, that determination will not affect the rest of the Terms of Use, and the Terms shall be deemed amended to the minimum extent necessary to make them valid and enforceable.
