Young Professionals for Covenant House
Venture on the Intracoastal
for a Kayak Outing

Ft. Lauderdale, FL – The Young Pros put on their nylon shorts and water shoes and dipped their kayaks in the water for a sunset tour of Ft. Lauderdale along the Intracoastal waterways. The sunset quickly turned to moonlight making the backdrop for the excursion on the water even more spectacular. Over 30 Young Professionals participated, raising almost $1,000 for the Covenant House Florida. After an evening of kayaking along the Intracoastal, the group met up with other Young Pros at The Parrot in Ft. Lauderdale. The kayak outing proved to be so successful, the Young Pros will be arranging other outdoor activities throughout the year.

Young Professionals for Covenant House is a dedicated group of adults between the ages of 21-45 helping to raise money and increase awareness for Covenant House Florida by hosting socials and special events in the South Florida area.
