Nobel Van Lines provides residential and commercial local and long distance moving services in the state of Florida. We do everything from positioning furniture around the house to fully packing and transporting your home or office contents to its new location. Our local moving services include a storage facility, a full line of packing materials the trucks and the man power to move you. Our moving services can be customized to meet any budget and our sales people will help you chose the best option. We are professionally trained to handle art, antiques and large items, including pianos. If custom crates are needed, we are able to build them in our custom shop.

RESIDENTIAL MOVING

Nobel Van Lines provides residential moving services for Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and all of Florida. As a professional moving company we offer services such as Packing & Storage Services. A local move is any move (residential or commercial) that begins and ends within a radius of approximately 50 miles. It can be within a single state or between two states.

COMMERCIAL MOVING

Nobel Van Lines commercial moving services your business in a way that you never have to be closed in order to accommodate your commercial move. We perform commercial moving services and can move you at night, over a weekend or on a holiday. LONG DISTANCE MOVING

Nobel Van Lines provides long distance moving services to all points in the contiguous United States from a single item to full service packing of a residence or office. As an independent moving company, we are able to provide you with exact pick up dates and delivery schedules. Our moving service includes one free month of storage while in transit, detailed inventory listings of all household goods, free padding for all furniture. Full service packing is available at an additional charge.

FULL SERVICE STORAGE

Nobel Van Lines provides a full service storage facilities for your move. The Storage units are clean, secure and climate controlled with around the clock security monitoring to provide maximum protection for your valuable belongings. Our storage units are dedicated specifically to customers using our moving and packing services. We shrink wrap all mattresses, fabric, upholstered furniture, leather, and other like materials prior to wrapping with padding.

TIPS FOR MAKING YOUR MOVE EASY

Ask questions.
When choosing a moving company, the details are extremely important. The very first and most important question you should ask is: Are you licensed? If the company is licensed in the State of Florida, they will be able to provide you with a Florida MR license number (Nobel Van Lines's is MR-476).

Give the estimator all the details.
When calling around for estimates, tell the estimator everything you are moving. If you leave out "a few pieces," it will affect the quote you receive. If you had any problems getting certain pieces into your current apartment, let the estimator know.

Check for hidden charges.
If the hourly rate is substantially low, be leery of "hidden charges." If they offer a lot of "free" stuff, like boxes, insurance, etc., be prepared for them to make up the difference somewhere else.

Insurance/Valuation.
Movers are required to "cover" your belongings at no additional charge "up to 60 cents per pound." This means that if you have a lamp that weighs ten pounds, you are entitled to no more than $6.00, regardless of the true value of the lamp. Additional valuation must be charged for, and is determined by the value of your goods.

Get a Written Estimate.
We recommend getting a written estimate for any move you are about to make. Ask companies you contact to give you a copy of their estimate. Include an inventory list, which will bring to attention any piece that was not discussed.

Written Binding Estimates.
An at-home consultation will allow you to meet the company's representative, and to go over all details of the move. The estimator should provide you with a written estimate of probable cost, or a Written Binding Estimate.

Packing.
In order to have a cost-efficient move, we strongly suggest being packed. Keep in mind, any time the movers spend packing you up will be charged at an hourly rate.

Payment.
Movers are not required to accept any form of payment other than cash, certified check, money order or Traveler's check. Nobel Van Lines also accepts major credit cards for local moves.

Safety Concerns.
Don't leave your old residence until the moving company leaves, unless you have a friend or neighbor acting on your behalf. Never leave anyone in your home alone.
