Over the last few years, the work done at Royal Palm Place has rejuvenated the area to become what is now the best kept secret in Boca Raton. Royal Palm Place is assembling a wonderful array of sculpture throughout its property. The newest pieces to be added come from the private collection of Karen Asher, owner of the Karen Lynne Gallery located in Royal Palm Place. “We’re very excited to be expanding beyond the gallery and into the community…” says Karen Asher, “…and with pieces like these, it is sure to draw a lot of attention.” The piece being referred to is ‘Batsheva’, a 14 foot tall bronze sculpture by internationally acclaimed artist Itzik Asher. An incident you may recall at Mizner Park made headlines after several complaints about overexposure of the human anatomy by one of Asher’s sculptures. “His work has become the local standard of how one chooses to view art and we’re happy to bring the conversation to Royal Palm Place.” also “I see nothing but growth”, says Karen referring to the number of visitors that are making Royal Palm Place their favorite destination.
