ROYAL PALM PLACE in Boca Raton is delighted to announce that The Miss Heart of America Pageant Program is holding a free Christmas Pageant at the Royal Palm Place Monument Piazza in Boca Raton on Sunday, December 6th, 2009 at 2 PM. Pageant attire is Christmas Wear. This can be any type of Christmas-themed outfit.  

No entry fee is required, but each contestant is required to bring in 1 new unwrapped toy and 5 non-perishable food items the day of the pageant. Toys will be collected and donated to Toys for Tots and the food will be donated to PROPEL (People Reaching Out to Provide Education and Leadership), a non-profit organization based in Boca Raton that believes in providing a Hand Up instead of a Hand Out. PROPEL is dedicated to creating positive change in underprivileged communities.

Pageant Divisions:
• Baby Miss (Ages 0-23 months)
• Tiny Miss (Ages 2-4 years)
• Little Miss (Ages 5-7)
• Petite Miss (Ages 8-10)
• Junior Miss (Ages 11-13)
• Teen Miss (Ages 14-16)
• Miss (Ages 17-23)
• Mrs (ages 24 and up)
 

Winners in each division will receive a rhinestone crown, an official Miss Heart of America County Queen Sash and their entry fee paid to the 2010 South Florida Miss Heart of America Pageant. Entries must be submitted online at MissHeartOfAmerica.com.  The Miss Heart of America Pageant Program was developed to teach the importance of volunteer service at all ages while assisting our city, county, state and national queens in achieving their highest potential.  

The public is invited to join us for our “Take A Bite Out of Hunger” after party at Royal Palm Place’s Table 42 Italian Kitchen & Wine Bar (formerly Coal Mine Pizza) at 5 PM on Sunday, December 6th.
