ANNUAL FUTURE STARS
PERFORMING ARTS COMPETITION SHOWCASE

THE ROTARY CLUB OF BOCA RATON
HSBC and MIAMI SYSTEMS INC.
WHAT: More than 30 Broward & Palm Beach County teens will compete in vocal and dance on stage to become “Future Stars” on Sunday, May 4, 2008. The program Masters of Ceremonies will be Rotarians, Neil Saffer and Dr. Dennis Frisch. The panel of judges are; Sharon Chudnow, Janet Mathie, Anne Polajenko, Jami Vass and Vicki White. In addition to the competition, there will be two feature acts by 2007 Future Stars Finalists; Shana Saffer (Dreyfoos School of the Arts) and Jessie Hoffman (Boca High). To encourage young talented students and provide the opportunity for them to perform on
stage in a professional staged environment, and to raise money for scholarships.
WHO:
The Rotary Club of Boca Raton, an organization of business and professional leaders united to
provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world.
